However replacement can be made in case of defective, damaged or incorrect product delivery. In any of such cases please email us at email@example.com within three (3) days of the delivery date along with one or more clear image(s) of the defective product to prove your claim. Please note, any damage caused after delivery is not covered in this policy.
After receiving a confirmation email from us, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address. Please note, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, return shipping charges borne by you will be credited to your Aparjan account as coupon for your next purchase (max limit: 50% of the returned product cost or INR 100 whichever is minimum). For that please provide us a copy of the invoice of shipment. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your item.
After receiving your mail and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your replacement. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your replacement.
